huge leather back super friendly Turtle around 500lb

I ran into a couple guys on Duval and said lets
go yachting. Wow, what fun we had battling some feisty fish. In all my years of diving I have never seen such a massive turtle, he probably hung out with president Lincoln as a kid. Seeing stuff like this
is such a rush that is so intense.

green monster moray eel slithers fiercely at our feet

Yesterday's charter was to much fun for my shipmates they decided to go out on a new adventure today. This time we were really eager to bring in some of Atlantic's bounty's and that's just what we did. We battling all kinds of fish, savoring every minute of this spectacular sunny Key West day. Its always a joy landing something, not knowing what's at the end of your fishing line awaiting. As you baited the fish hook and wait for that yank, you enjoying a cool drink with a nice breeze and a ocean view beyond belief, with the sun gently warming our faces. This beautiful day is such a high in so many ways, come take in some excitement, your yacht for the day, the Delphine, awaits.

more fun in the sun enjoying key wests awesomeness

We made our way to the best reef in the lower keys, as we were swimming a very curious cuda swam with us, putting a bit of a scare in some of my fellow snorkelers. There really is nothing to fear with these toothy creatures, they do injure lots of people, but that's from food poisoning. Some say that a cud under two feet good is good to eat, its Russian roulette if you ask me.
The fishing was fun we were reeling in all kinds of fish, the water was so clear making it easy to look down you could almost see what was going after your bait. We took our bucket of fish to feed the tarpons and found a manatee who came around. He wanted all the attention making it easy to touch his bearded mug.

Admiral's dautghter comes sea with some Coasties

Its always fun to have some local people aboard. We swam the reef, enjoying the tons of fish fluttering about the reef, a school of parrot fish swam with us for awhile. Its really neat to watch a school of these colorful fellows, they look at one another as if they are a brother or sister, tight, each doing alot of chomping, they are moving in harmony as one.
The chumb bag hit the water with the usual flutter of fish scurring for Capt Chuck's easy to get free tasty treats. We landed tons of fish, my hands worked really hard making wire luers, Unfortunately some of the oceans sharpest teeth worked their way through a lot of my best made stuff they gradually worked their way up to my strongest wire that could handle jaws . We didn't caught any monster fish today, but instead we caught a lot of fish, one of the girls caught three huge yellow tails, enough to feed all of us.
This lovely sunset is a perk to the afternoon charter, we were astounded by its beauty as we came in.

43 fish caught by all girl anglers at boca chica cut

At my spot we caught a lots of fish with a sweet endless view that awestruck me as usual as I looked into the distance, when I had a chance. I found myself very busy unhooking caught fish, making up leaders for some busy fishing poles. It was just a really comfortable non rocking day of fish slaying. The time changed moving to one hour early seem to effect my tarpon feeding spot, my tarpon friends most cruised on making tarpon feeding a slow go.

36 fish caught filling bucket tarpons chowed down

The wind was still up to no good as we headed out to sea to my other spot for fishing. Once the chum bag hit the water, fish enveloped the surroundings of the Delphine at our fishing spot, every few minutes it was, whoops, got another one, someone said. We were running out of room in the bucket for all these fish as we piled them in the boat. Later we dove in to see lots of fish about, a huge barracuda was watching the schools with their hungry mouths eating my bits of fish that were escaping from the chum bag in the current that was off the stern of the yacht. The water was mighty refreshing as always, we all hung out on the stern sitting or standing comfortably looking out across the endless view of turquoise sea, aah yes Paradise we all thought and I said.

endless Keys, warm wind whistling, rigging filling sails

Just another wild day in Paradise. So when you get lemons, you make lemonade and that's just what's up. A wild time for some Americas cup style, rail dipping, windy fun stuff off Key Kest. It's the next best thing to snorkeling and fishing since its the slow season. I guess you are all working hard out there at your different jobs, somewhere, the reef needs us to visit soon something fierce, come to Key West.------------------------ Thanks
